Berlin time

Ok, sunday, good time to write a blog. The only day really when anyone can sit back, kick off their shoes and just enjoy a good rest.

I, on the other can't do that just yet! On thursday i have my first trip of many to the land of Berlin. Don't know what to expect of it really, but anywhere away from home for a few days does everyone a little good. The purpose of the trip is not for leisure, but to visit the ITB and keep relations flowing with acquaintences made back in November in London at the World Travel Market.

If the ITB is anything like it, then i can only expect a rush of professionalism. Ah yeah, the word open to intepretation! Well my side of it is:

1. Suit up
2. Be ready and do your homework, you've always got to have an answer ready
3. Let your character out, speak up, express your thoughts in a civilised manner, and;
4. Don't get drunk

You see, the easy thing is to do the first three, when you have passion for something, everything comes naturally, and for those who know me i have a lot of will to make it in what im doing. But the difficult bit has to be point 4!! Listen, after a little while at one of these exhibitions, after visitng tonnes of stands and walking through crowds of people, there comes a time where you just want to sit back and relax. Thats when you need a Sunday, or at least a beer. Now i can assure you, without knowing in advance, if you visit the representatives kiosks from Greece, there is an open bar. Mythos, zivania, you name it. And if you visit the Cypriot kiosks, all you can eat. Luckily both countries representatives are next to eachother.

So for those of you who will be in Berlin, see you for the buffet!!!
