Definition of a Bachelor/Hens Party

Morning, i'm here writing due to somewhat of an experience i encountered. And it all boils down to what the definition of a Bachelor Party is. Of course it is open to interpretation, after all everyone has his/her own limits to how far their experience will go, but I am just referring to the norm.
So this experience mentioned happened on a Friday night when i was invited out into the city to one of the most hip clubs. Got to say impressed by local standards that this club is a notch higher than others. I was looking for a couple of mates at the time, admittedly a little drunk, when i stumbled upon a group of friends from the past.
So there it was, a big group, both guys and ladies at the table, having their fun and minding their own business. And where they do mind their own, i couldnt help but notice that this was their his and her bachelor party, together.
Now i could be wrong, and i am not one to judge, but the perception i have when it comes to the 'Last night of Freedom' is that just like before a wedding, its a sacred time that one spends away from their other half. Sure, you want to spend some time together, sure you have fun together, but in my eyes it defeats the purpose of a bachelor party, and now it is nothing but an ordinary night out.
Im entitled to this opinion, of course i am also the other extreme, where i would like not just one, but many nights of freedom away from the 'petty' other half befor i decide to be a good little boy for the rest of my life, amen to that. What happened to fun??? Life dont stop with the more commitments we have, we just got to take some time out and a step back from time to time, look at things from afar and reassess our actions. One thing fo sho, everyone has their own character and perception of right and wrong, hence why i started this blog saying the definition of a Bachelor party is open to interpretation.
Just one little quote of which i can associate to Bachelor parties befor i sign off, and none other of the words of William Wallace in Braveheart (LOL) : 'Aye, fight and you may die. Run, and you'll live... at least a while. And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willin' to trade ALL the days, from this day to that, for one chance, just one chance, to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they'll never take... OUR FREEDOM'
Silly, but inspiring!!!

Tada
